Biomass Stoker Boiler

Fully Automated BioMass Stoker Boiler: Boiler Type "C" Style, Three Pass, Low Pressure Boiler rated for 30 Psi water pressure (other pressures available). Three Pass design provides maximum heat transfer with low stack temperature. The boiler is designed and constructed to the A.S.M.E. low-pressure boiler code and meets all the requirements of the authorities of the Provinces of Canada.

The Biomass Stoker Boiler's extra large combustion volume assures complete combustion of solid fuels, clean firing and unrestricted gas flow. The large firebox with arched crown sheet provides and exceptionally high proportion of the primary (radiant) heating surface which is many times more efficient than secondary (indirect) heating surface. The firebox boilers are used in automatically fired Solid Fuel systems all over North America. Supplied boiler horsepower ranges from 50 - 300 BHP (other sizes available).     Biomass Stoker Boiler

Planet Green Solutions

GREEN ENERGY: Only recently, we have begun to acknowledge the fact that our oil economy is on the downward slope. While oil provided dependable energy over the past century, it is again time for mankind to evolve. As long as we hang on to oil, the quandary will continue to worsen: especially now that the majority of the oil reserves reside in nations unfriendly to the western world.

To survive, we must seek and implement a new and better solution for our energy needs; a solution that will last forever. Great efforts are underway across the globe to implement an ultimate answer that rests on the most abundant element on the planet, hydrogen. Not only is hydrogen everywhere, it is renewable and clean. But other renewable energy alternatives are currently available that will help bridge the way to the hydrogen economy. They include: BioMass Gasification, Natural Gas, Solar, Wind, and Nuclear.

Biomass Briquette Systems, LLC is a supplier of grinders, conveyors, dryers, briquette presses and associated support machinery that are used to manufacture briquettes from renewable and abundant biomass material into usable biofuels for heating applications.

Biomass Briquette Systems grinders and briquetting presses are capable of densifying wood waste and many other agricultural residues containing less than 15% moisture. These materials can easily be ground and pressed into a high value heating fuel.

Material reduction reduces storage volumes by 80-90%. Potential applications to eliminate tipping fees and facility heating costs can be realized for manufactures of many wood and agricultural products.

VenEarth is a major supporter of the International Biochar Initiative. This video was produced by IBI for the Poznan round of climate discussions, during which biochar was placed on the agenda for Copenhagen.

We are focused on two complementary strategies.

First: to drive down the cost of collecting surplus solar energy over farmland (particularly in areas subject to desertification).

Second: to enhance carbon sequestration in soil biosystems — by driving down the cost of converting excess agricultural biomass into carbon-rich soil amendments.

Our goal: to transform the net impact of farming (especially in third-world nations) to withdraw tons per hectare of CO2 from the atmosphere each year, while enhancing the energy, economy, and health of farming communities.
